As a key member of the Development Team on Phase III of 401 Park in The Fenway, Steven Rubino works as a Design & Construction Manager. In the initial stages of the project, Steven works through the design, development, and permitting processes. Upon approval, Steven transitions to managing the safety, cost, and quality of construction, through completion.

Prior to joining the S&A team in 2021, Steven spent 11 years with Turner Construction, serving as a superintendent and an engineer. His portfolio included a range of projects, from luxury condos and corporate office space in the Seaport to complex multi-story lab and mixed-use properties in Cambridge, MA.

Real estate and construction are in his blood: Steven comes from a family of carpenters, engineers, realtors and landlords. He loves woodworking and creating small projects with his own hands. In his spare time, you’ll find him outdoors with his dog; hiking, fishing, and kayaking.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, a Real Estate Finance Certificate from Boston University, and a Construction Supervisor’s License.
