Ryan Coakley is a Project Manager overseeing the development and construction of new retail and office build-outs, as well as capital projects within existing properties. Since joining Samuels in 2020, he has played a key role in major developments such as Parcel 12 and 421 Park Drive. Prior to Samuels, Ryan managed projects across diverse sectors, including higher education, laboratory, retail, and healthcare. 

Originally from New Jersey, Ryan now calls Massachusetts home, residing in Waltham and spending summers on Cape Cod. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. He is also an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts’ Developing Leaders committee. 

In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, watching lacrosse, and spending time with family.
