Scott Ingleton coordinates and manages Samuels & Associates’ MEP subcontractors every step of the way; from design development to closeout and commissioning. Scott is responsible for managing budgets, costs, schedules, risk management, general work performance and quality, and overall progress as it relates to the MEP systems. When he joined the team in 2021, he was “excited by the opportunity to work and grow with a team with such great camaraderie and passion every day.”

Prior to Samuels & Associates, Scott served as MEP Manager at Turner Construction, working on large scale commercial and residential properties in Boston’s Seaport District, including the Amazon building and Pier 4. Scott’s passion for MEP systems and the STEM industries stretches beyond the S&A office; he often volunteers with organizations like YouthForce and Building Pathways, speaking to high school students across the state to build enthusiasm and interest among the next generation of MEP professionals.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License as well as an OSHA certification. A native New Yorker, you’ll never find Scott cheering on the New England Patriots, but you will find him traveling the globe and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
