Dave Figgins is a Senior Construction Manager, overseeing the planning, design, and construction teams for large scale projects. He is responsible for managing safety, cost, and quality of development for a number of Samuels & Associates projects. Dave’s primary focus is on 1001 Boylston Street, Boston’s first air rights project to be constructed in 40 years.

Prior to joining the S&A team, Dave established the Boston office of Northwood Investors where he served as capital projects manager. Previously, he led several developments as a project engineer for Turner Construction, including 888 Boylston and the Pier 4 office and condominium project.

As a former competitive rower, Dave enjoys spending his time outdoors; biking, hiking, and skiing. Dave holds Engineering in Training (E.I.T) and LEED certifications and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
