Autumn Hernandez joined the team at Samuels & Associates in 2020 as a multi-site specialist and quickly advanced to the role of assistant general manager at 1440 Beacon, general manager of The Brynx, and is now the General Manager of Continuum. As General Manager of Continuum, an apartment community located at the intersection of two dynamic neighborhoods, Allston and Cambridge, Autumn oversees all day-to-day operations, management of capital projects and revenue, vendor partnerships, resident engagement, and leasing strategies.

Autumn brings nearly a decade of experience to Samuels & Associates, beginning her career in realty with CB Richard Ellis and United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR) where she managed leasing and tenant operations. While at UDR, Autumn was a member of the team recognized as the President’s Club winner for year-over-year rent growth in 2019. Upon joining Samuels & Associates, she was recognized as Leader of the Quarter for Q2 in 2021, and in 2023 The Brynx won the MAA Presidents Industry Award for Small Community of the Year when she oversaw the residence. Autumn is also CAM certified and is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW).

In her free time, Autumn enjoys trying new food, spending time with her family and going to the beach. At S&A, Autumn loves the passion her team has for real estate, and the way the firm takes care of not only property residents, but the surrounding neighborhoods. Autumn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Rhode Island.
