Rebecca (Becky) Flott joined Samuels & Associates in 2019 as Assistant General Manager of Van Ness and is now a Portfolio Operations Manager. Becky is responsible for overseeing three of S&A’s mixed-use buildings, Dot Block, South Standard and Trio Newton, supporting the onsite teams and ensuring the successful launch of both communities. She is also responsible for improving operational efficiencies throughout the portfolio and ensuring all teams are functioning at peak performance.

Becky has over 15 years of property management experience. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Becky worked at Weston Associates, Equity Residential, and Archstone in customer service, leasing, managerial and specialist positions.

In her free time, Becky participates in a candlepin bowling league. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family, friends, husband, and cat. Becky earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Quinnipiac University.
