Sean O’Brien joined Samuels & Associates in 2018 as the General Manager for S&A’s largest Multifamily Mixed-Use site, Fenway Triangle.  In his current role as Regional Portfolio Manager, Sean is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of several of S&A’s mixed-use buildings, managing revenue and providing a high level of customer service to all residents and retail tenants. Sean brings over 18 years of operational experience, with expertise in finance and accounting, multi-site management, human resources, advertising, project management and business plan implementation.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates in 2018, Sean was a property manager for The Dolben Company’s Union Place property. Before that, he spent almost seven years working with a variety of properties in the Berkshire Communities portfolio. During that time, he was awarded Property Manager of the Year 2012, Distinguished Service for the Eastern Division 2013, and Consistency in Operations for his properties in 2014 and 2015.

Sean has a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire and holds a Certified Apartment Manager Accreditation (CAM) and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor Accreditation (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association. Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as family and friends, seeing live music, playing golf (terribly), and is a big fan of the Boston sports teams.
