As Senior Commercial and Retail Property Manager at Samuels & Associates, Bryce Irving manages the operations of the commercial portfolio, including the oversight of a property manager in charge of a portion of the portfolio. He also supervises maintenance and operations technicians. Bryce is a key figure in managing relationships with external owners, investors and association boards.

Bryce first began his career in real estate doing maintenance with MGMT-ETC LLC while home in Falmouth during college break, quickly became an Assistant Property Manager and has been in real estate ever since. With over ten years of experience, Bryce has worked as a Commercial Property Manager in the Carolinas and Maryland with Heritage Properties, Inc., and MGMT-ETC LLC. He then made his way back to Boston to work with The Hamilton Company and is now proud to be a part of the S&A team.

In his free time, Bryce regularly enjoys golfing, skiing during the winter, and spending time with his friends and family. Bryce earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Marshall University.
