As a Senior Property and Development Accountant at Samuels & Associates, Ross Kannenberg is responsible for financial reporting and monthly & daily accounting for the S&A mixed-use portfolio. With over 10 years of experience, he is skilled in applying software such as Yardi, ARGUS, Juniper Square, Spreadsheet Server and QuickBooks to efficiently manage multiple accounts.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Ross worked with Equity Industrial Partners and Stockdale Management in property accountant positions where he oversaw all accounting and financial reporting across multiple portfolios.

Ross grew up in Connecticut, beginning his real estate career in Arizona and later moving to Boston where he has chosen to advance his career with S&A. In his free time, Ross enjoys golfing and cheering on Boston professional sports teams. Ross earned a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Tampa.
