As Vice President of Budgeting and Reporting at Samuels & Associates, Michael Levesque is responsible for the budgeting process and implementing standard reporting for internal and external partners, property management, as well as investors. His role includes utilizing Vena software which brings several instances of Yardi into one platform for ease of analysis. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Mike began his career in hotel accounting with the Marriott Harbor Beach and Turnberry Isle Resort based in Florida. Making his way back to Boston, he discovered a passion for real estate and worked with Boston Properties as a Senior Property Accountant and Senior Accounting Manager for twenty years. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Suffolk University.

Mike lives in Milton with his husband Stuart, and enjoys cooking delicious meals for his family on a regular basis. In his free time, Mike takes the opportunity to travel and participate in cross fit, seasonal sports like skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer.
