Reporting directly to the CFO as Director of Accounting, Stephanie Curtis manages the S&A Friends and Family fund and all investor relations. She oversees the property accounting team, and serves as the department’s quality control expert. Stephanie also serves as the Special Projects Manager for the CFO.

Stephanie spent the previous 20 years of her career at AEW Capital Management in Boston, where she most recently served as the Vice President and Senior Controller, working with the portfolio managers as the Senior Operations Officer and earning distinguished employee service awards for her organizational work. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University, and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys taking spin, yoga, and, barre classes and spending time with her rescue pug.
