Matthew Curtin joined the Samuels & Associates team in 2021 as a Senior Development Manager, responsible for the overall coordination of internal and external project teams including design, construction, leasing, marketing, and property management. In his role, Matt collaborates across all teams, providing consistent reports on project schedules and budgets, ensuring performance across all stages of a project. He takes pride in his work at S&A, admiring the team’s ability to bring placemaking dreams to reality with grand, transformative projects.

Prior to becoming a member of team S&A, Matt spent much of his career at WinnDevelopment, most recently serving as a Senior Project Director. While in this role, Matt led projects at various stages of development; from spearheading winning RFP responses to managing ground-up new construction projects.

A Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, Matt earned a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University. Matt is an active member of Urban Land Institute and the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization.  Outside of the office, Matt spends his time working on and riding his motorcycle, golfing and skiing.
