As Senior Property Accountant at Samuels & Associates, Marina Sidenko prepares financial statements and reports with supporting analysis on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, and coordinates budget recording with accounting groups. She also manages software products, adherence to quality standards, and development and maintenance procedures to ensure the successful execution and delivery of project deliverables and more effective and optimized performance across departments.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Marina worked in roles ranging from finance associate to property accountant and accounts payable with AEW Capital Management, Gutierrez Company, Grossman Company Properties, and Akelius Real Estate Management.

In her free time, Marina enjoys going to the gym, eating great food, and traveling. Already, she has been to China over 12 times and lived in New Zealand for four months which was a life changing experience. She looks forward to her next adventure. Marina earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and an MBA and MS from Suffolk University.
