As a Senior Financial Operations Associate at Samuels & Associates, Maria Ricciardi assists in the development and execution of treasury policies, banking technologies and software, standard operating procedures, and internal controls and audit for properties across the firm’s portfolio.

During the span of her career, Maria has deftly managed the simultaneous financial operations of various properties and companies using technologies such as Juniper Square processing, AP/AR centralization and Yardi. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Maria worked with Jones Street Residential as a corporate finance associate, Beacon Communities LLC as a property accountant, and Virtual Inc. as an accounting coordinator.

Maria moved to Boston with her best friend on a whim in 2017 and has been in real estate accounting for most of her time here. She is thrilled to be continuing her career with Samuels and Associates. In her free time, Maria enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants around the city. Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and minor in Accounting and Business from Marist College.
