Mike Fein joined Samuels & Associates in 2021 as a Financial Analyst. In his role, he underwrites new developments and potential acquisitions, conducts asset management analyses, helps with investor reporting, and tracks market data for the firm. In support of the Asset Management, Development, and Leasing teams, Mike creates relevant real estate financial analyses.

Before becoming a member of the S&A team, Mike worked in the Development & Acquisitions group at John M. Corcoran & Co. where he underwrote ground-up developments and value-add multifamily transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston College. Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, hiking, watching Boston sports teams and exploring local breweries.

Mike is a certified LEED Green Associate. He is also part of the Young Leaders Committee at Caritas Communities, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in Greater Boston, where he developed a budgeting program to help at-risk residents avoid eviction.
