Katheryne Theodoulou joined the Samuels & Associates team in 2019 as an Assistant General Manager of 1330 Boylston, a luxury residence in the heart of The Fenway. Now, as general manager, Katheryne oversees property financial performance, operations, leasing strategy, retail management, resident engagement, and capital projects. Over her S&A career, Katheryne has become involved in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, focused on welcoming new perspectives and backgrounds to the team, fostering new ideas and creating stronger communities.

Beginning her career with Marriott, Katheryne discovered her passion for hospitality and curating a positive customer experience. Since then, she has also worked with CP Management where she assisted the lease up development of two class A luxury buildings. Throughout her experience, Katheryne has become well-versed in property management, hospitality, and financial and administrative projects.

Originally from New Hampshire, Katheryne loves exploring what the New England area has to offer, spending time outdoors, and hiking with her dog. She is also a committed volunteer with the MSPCA-Angell animal care and adoption center. Katheryne earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College.
