Overview

A modern, mixed-use community is coming soon to Andrew Square in South Boston. The first phase will bring 214 residential units, over 20,000 square feet of retail space, and “The Green”—over 7,500 square feet of programmable open green space for future public events and neighborhood programs. Washington Village will ultimately bring 746 residential units, including middle-income and affordable living options, more than 82,000 square feet of retail space, and significant open green space to the neighborhood.  Once complete, the project will be a vibrant and transformative addition to the Andrew Square neighborhood for generations to come.
