Overview

Lyrik Back Bay anchors Newbury Street with an expansive, lush plaza and is co-anchored by 1001 Boylston, a 450,000-square-foot lab and office space and the new home to the CarGurus Global Headquarters and The LEGO Group.

Lyrik, formerly Parcel 12, was designed to frame the western sky, harnessing the sunset to celebrate and renew the city’s energy and people. Built over the Mass Pike, Lyrik has created new ground from nothing and takes its place as Boston’s gateway.

Lyrik began unfolding in the Summer of 2024 with the opening of citizenM’s largest hotel and Rivian’s first Boston-based outpost. Come 2025, Lyrik will be in full bloom with the arrival of Pink Carrot, CHICHA San Chen, George Howell Coffee, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and Avra Estiatorio.
