As a Portfolio Creative and Communications Manager at Samuels & Associates, Sheree Dunwell oversees marketing, communications and programming efforts for non-Fenway projects and assets, creating dynamic experiences for tenants, residents, and the general public. With over a decade of experience in real estate, she understands the industry from the inside out and is passionate about cultivating community and fostering the exchange of cultures and ideas through development.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Sheree worked with KHJ Brand Activation as a Senior Associate, leading strategy and project management for a variety of retail, mixed-use and hospitality brands, and with the Chiofaro Company as a Leasing, Marketing & Events Associate. Eager to continue fostering lively neighborhoods and spaces, Sheree is proud to have joined a dedicated team of community-driven professionals at S&A.

Outside of real estate, Sheree is a professional singer, performing with her band, The Free Downloads, since 2009, and working as a voice teacher at The Conservatory at Highlands. She is also heavily involved with The Front Porch Arts Collective and has raised over $100,000 for the Mass Mentoring Partnership over the course of her participation in 8 Boston Marathons. Sheree earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in vocal performance from Carnegie Mellon.
