As an Executive Operations Administrator at Samuels & Associates, Sadie Welch provides administrative and operational support to the executive and corporate office. Sadie brings with her a proven track record of managing numerous client engagements and executing on complex workflows by translating them into actionable operational planning.

Sadie began her professional career in the financial technologies industry and then transitioned into real estate. Previously, she worked with Global Regulation Advisers, Corp. as an Operations Analyst & Manager, and then founded Stonesure Consulting, LLC where she led operational audits and process improvement initiatives, and managed design and implementation from scope to execution. She now looks forward to helping the S&A team in their mission to encourage the larger community to thrive and grow.

In her free time, Sadie enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking, as well as doing jigsaw puzzles, reading, and painting. Sadie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
