Riely Skarin is the Finance & Capital Markets Project Coordinator at Samuels & Associates. In her role, Riely compiles and organizes financial data and market analyses, tracks project timelines, and assists the Finances and Capital Market teams with calendar management, meeting logistics, and agenda preparation.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Riely interned for the towns of Sunapee and Newport, and for BAE Systems. During her internships, she assisted with financial analysis related to capital planning, bond recognition, and long-term municipal obligations, supported department-level budgeting and planning, facilitated and presented monthly expense review meetings, and supported expense adjustments to maintain accurate cost categorization.

In her free time, Riely enjoys being outdoors, going to work out classes, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. As a New Hampshire native, she regularly takes to the White Mountains for a day of hiking. Riely earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance at Bentley University.
