As Samuels & Associates’ Contract & Lease Administrator, Renay Thomas assists in providing leasing and contract services across the portfolio – including document preparation, negotiation, and review. She is well-versed in database management, document tracking, and reporting.
Prior to joining Samuels & Associates Renay worked in administrative and managerial roles at companies such as Child Care Aware of America, Burge and Associates, and athenahealth. She’s also had the privilege of volunteering for kids and teens with the Arthritis Foundation.
Growing up in Southwest Virginia, Renay has bounced around the east coast, living in Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia, ultimately finding her way to Massachusetts. Renay earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and will soon obtain her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, traveling, playing with her two dogs, and exploring New England.
