Nika Barsky is the Community Manager of The Brynx. In her role, Nika oversees management of the residence, delivering exceptional customer service as well as building and maintaining lasting relationships with the communities’ residents. She also coordinates upkeep of the property with a keen eye for attention to detail, maintains punctual and accurate financial reporting, and identifies opportunities to enhance profitability while upholding high standards for both residents and the community.

Nika brings over 15 years of experience in the luxury boutique hotel industry to Samuels & Associates. Throughout her career, she has worked with Kimpton Hotels, Commune Hotels and Resorts, and Corcoran Jennison, opening hotels across the country and calling five different cities home.

In her free time, Nika enjoys gardening, exercising her creativity through crafts, reading books, and going on weekend trips with her family. Each year, she also helps fundraise for Juvenile Type One Diabetes Awareness. Nika earned a Bachelor in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
