Nelba Fitzpatrick is a Lease Administrator at Samuels & Associates. In her role, Nelba manages lease agreement abstraction and integration, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth processes to advance tenant inquiries and related matters.

Prior to Samuels & Associates Nelba worked as a Lease Administration Manager and Paralegal with The RMR Group, LLC., and as a Property Assistant with Trammell Crow Company within the New England area. With over three decades of commercial real estate experience, Nelba is excited to help manage an expansive portfolio and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals as a member of the S&A team.

In her free time, Nelba enjoys going to sports games and concerts with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Nelba earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lesley University and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University.
