Mika Gross

Development Manager

Mika Gross is a Development Manager at Samuels & Associates, where she oversees the development process from a project’s inception to delivery, including permitting, design, construction, and leasing. Mika’s love for real estate grew out of a passion for architecture and her fascination with how people act with and within a space. “I enjoy envisioning what creates a neighborhood’s vibe, why people find certain spaces enticing, and how to create communities that bring people together,” she says.

Mika serves as the Foundation Coordinator at the Boston Main Streets Foundation, helping provide funding to Boston’s 20 commercial districts and hundreds of affiliated small businesses for placemaking initiatives and in support of local economic development. Mika is an active member of CREW Boston, where she served as co-chair of the Rising Leaders Group from 2019-2022 after receiving the CREW Educational Foundation Scholarship in 2016. She was selected to serve on Mayor Marty Walsh’s SPARK Council from 2018-2019.

Mika received her bachelor’s degree from Brown University in 2017, where she double majored in Business Economics and the History of Art and Architecture while competing on the school’s Division I Fencing team. Outside of work, Mika is an avid traveler, food and sour beer lover, novice sewer and student of the Italian language.
