As a Human Resources Administrator at Samuels & Associates, Michelle Zizzo serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policy administration. She supports the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies across all departments. Michelle also manages daily HR operations, including reporting, correspondence, and process coordination to maintain an efficient workflow.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Michelle held human resource roles with The Forsyth Institute, Merrimack College and Chelsea Jewish Foundation. From assisted living and higher education to scientific research, her HR career has spanned many industries all sharing a profound commitment to the people and communities they serve. At Samuels & Associates, Michelle is thrilled to be able to continue this mission working in real estate.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, taking their dog on walks, and dancing. As a Winthrop native she loves anything to do with the beach and being on the water. Michelle holds a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
