Michael LeBrun serves as Director of Asset Management at Samuels & Associates, where he leads asset strategy and financial performance for a growing 2,000+ unit urban mixed-use portfolio. In this role, he partners with leadership to develop and execute business plans that enhance cash flow, improve operating performance, and maximize asset value. Michael also provides strategic oversight of capitalization initiatives, including refinancing and recapitalization efforts, that support long-term portfolio growth and value creation.

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience managing large, diverse real estate portfolios. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Asset Management at AEW Capital Management, where he was responsible for driving performance, executing value creation strategies, and mitigating risk across a nationally diversified portfolio of assets.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing hockey and golf, traveling with family and friends, and giving back to the community through volunteer service. More recently, he has volunteered with A Bed for Every Child, Heading Home, Rebuilding Together, and Trust for Public Land. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Curry College, a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University, and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate.
