Lorraine Wu is the General Manager of 1330 Boylston at Samuels & Associates, bringing with her over seven years of experience in residential, mixed-use, and affordable property management. In her role, Lorraine leads daily operations and financial performance across the apartment complex, while also overseeing vendor contracts, leasing activity, team development, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Lorraine held property management roles at Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Greystar, where she led operations for communities of up to 305 units. She consistently exceeded performance goals- improving resident retention and reputation scores, and optimizing NOI through innovative revenue strategies. With a detail-oriented approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering both high resident satisfaction and strong asset performance, Lorraine is well-versed in asset management.

Born and raised in Boston, Lorraine’s passion for real estate was sparked early on through her family’s involvement in property management and she is proud to contribute to the city’s evolving communities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, SoulCycling, and spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.

Lorraine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is the recipient of multiple industry awards, including Toll Brothers’ Living Legends Rookie of the Year Award (2022), Greystar’s Regional Pillar of Excellence Award (2020), and Core Value Award (2017).
