Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Kylie Carlson joined the Samuels & Associates team in 2019 as an Executive Coordinator. In her role, Kylie coordinates the schedule and activities of the Chairman, Steve Samuels. Working closely with the rest of the administrative team, Kylie helps support the Chairman’s communications, travel, and philanthropic efforts. She thrives in the S&A culture of empowerment and creativity, sharing that she loves “that everyone is encouraged to add their own line to the story of S&A” and is proud to be a part of an organization writing the story of the Fenway neighborhood.
After spending the early part of her career in New York City, Kylie joined the S&A team. Most recently, Kylie served as Chief of Staff at a New York-based boutique entertainment law firm, spearheading all human resources and office management, managing the entire administrative team. While at this firm, Kylie implemented company-wide communications, project management, and human resource functions.
A graduate of Emerson College, Kylie is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Kylie spends her free time reading and writing and is a huge classic rock fan, picking Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Fenway Park as a highlight of her life.
