Kyle Harmon began at Samuels & Associates in 2020 as a Client Services Associate, then was promoted to Assistant General Manager, quickly advancing to Apartment Manager of Pierce Boston and is now a Community Manager at The Brynx. As Community Manager, Kyle provides leadership and direction to the operations team to help facilitate effective management and the delivery of superior customer service. He also works collaboratively across teams to develop long-term strategy, operational budget, and annual business plans.
Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Kyle was a Senior Business Analyst II at Chase Home Lending. With extensive experience in customer service and support, and passion for operations management, Kyle looks forward to continuing his time with S&A to work alongside fellow team members to pursue shared innovative and inspiring broader goals.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys trying out new restaurants and breweries, going to concerts, and traveling. A graduate of The Ohio State University (OSU), he is also a die-hard Ohio State football fan. Kyle earned a Bachelor’s in Communication from OSU, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and is a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA).
