As Director of Construction at Samuels & Associates, Kevin Reppucci is a motivated and collaborative team lead who works closely with the VP of Construction and VP of Development to manage projects such as the 421 Park, Landmark Phase 3 project: a 550,000SF life / Science Building with subgrade parking and podium retail. With over 20 years of experience in construction management and architectural design, Kevin has worked with WS Development, Tishman Construction Corporation, and Symmes Maini & McKee Associates with a successful track record in projects across corporate, residential, mission critical, and retail.

Ever since his parents would take him to places like Fenway Park, The Boston Garden and the North End as a child, Kevin has been attracted to modern urban development. Years later, he is thrilled to be a part of S&A’s fast-paced, collaborative team where he can continue bringing his passion for cutting edge design and construction to fruition.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys jogging around Boston as well as taking his children on mini adventures during the weekends. Kevin partakes in fundraising events through organizations such as Haymakers for Hope and Miles for Miracles raising money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children’s Hospital. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Northeastern University, he is a LEED AP, OSHA 30 certified, and also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (CS-104460).
