As a Senior Property Accountant at Samuels & Associates, Joshua Tevekelian processes the accounting functions of financial reporting, lease administration, and treasury management for designated owned properties. Josh has extensive accounting experience, including business administration, finance, and portfolio management acumen.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Josh worked with RMR Group as a Senior Accountant, and served similar roles at Related Beal and Colony Northstar. Throughout his career in accounting and finance, Josh has managed the financial reporting of numerous investment assets in both Massachusetts and Southern California markets with over billions in real estate assets.

When he isn’t working, Josh is a pillar within his Armenian community where he proudly is raising his daughter. He enjoys volunteering at the Challenger Baseball League and also serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Haisastan Youth Camp. To stay active, he participates in a men’s over 50 basketball league. Josh earned a Bachelor’s in Finance & Accounting from Northeastern University.
