As the Senior Vice President of Legal at Samuels & Associates, Joseph Sheridan provides general counsel, manages all legal aspects of development and transactions, and negotiates project documents including leases and contracts.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Joe worked with Goulston & Storrs as a real estate associate where he negotiated leases, contracts, and facilitated a series of multi-million-dollar property acquisitions and dispositions. Joe has been a part of real estate deals both in Boston and nationwide and loves the tangible results of working in the real estate industry. Joe enjoys the opportunities at S&A to work on a variety of different projects and developments.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family; hiking, fishing and exploring the north shore and Berkshires. He is committed to helping his community through volunteer work with SPUR and is on the General Community Impact Grants Committee of Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP). Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. He also received an Attorney-Broker license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
