As a Senior Construction Manager at Samuels & Associates, John Walsh oversees schedules, logistics and budgets for construction projects and building improvements. With a background in construction management, John works collaboratively with sub-contractors and site teams, closely tracking the production process from pre-construction to final execution to allow for accurate timeline estimates and a streamlined build out.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, John worked with Turner Construction for 13 years in superintendent and managerial roles. He also worked with F.L. Caulfield & Sons, and Barletta Construction working his way from a Carpenter to a Superintendent. John presently serves on the board of Building Pathways where he regularly volunteers.

John enjoys skiing and, whenever the chance arises, will travel anywhere and everywhere. He earned a degree in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and holds a Boston ABC High-Rise License as well as a CSL Builders License.
