Jack Ng is an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Samuels & Associates, responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s accounts payable processes and ensuring invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time. He oversees vendor setup and management, payment inquiries, W-9 and insurance verifications, and collaborates closely with the accounting team to support daily operations and special projects. He monitors all invoices ensuring they belonging into the correct 7 Yardi databases.

With over a decade of accounting experience across corporate, healthcare, and business service environments, Jack brings deep expertise in invoice processing, vendor relations, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, he held accounting and accounts payable roles at SX Business Services, a Corporate Accountant at Colliers International, and AP at Shriner’s Hospitals for Children. A strong communicator with a proven track record of success, Jack is an asset to the S&A team.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

A Boston native, Jack values the sense of community at Samuels & Associates and appreciates working alongside colleagues who make him feel right at home. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with his family, and staying active through basketball and hiking. Jack is also a huge Boston Sports fan.
