Heather Montgomery is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, Steve Samuels.  Heather is a highly qualified project manager, able to break a complex vision into discreet tasks and assure that project goals are met in a timely and effective manner.  She partners with Steve to maintain relationships, assure efficient and on-task meetings, and track key aspects of major initiatives.  With over 20 years of experience in face paced business settings, Heather is an excellent communicator, practical problem solver and well-organized partner for projects of all types and sizes.  When working on complex projects with multiple partners, Heather can be counted on to prioritize key activities, manage work flows, and assure that decision making is inclusive and timely.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Heather supported Robert Glazer the Chairman and Founder of Acceleration Partners a digital marketing firm, the Personal/Executive Assistant to Bill Bain the Founder of Bain Capital and Bain & Company and she also supported three Partners at Bain & Company in the Private Equity department in the Boston office.  Due to her longstanding experience working for multiple executives with a strong commitment to the city of Boston and its charitable organizations, Heather has a nuanced understanding of the city’s civic landscape and knows how to support events that bring together a mix of business, civic and community leaders around a shared goal.

In her free time, Heather loves spending time with her three children and her dog, Stella.  She also enjoys yoga, running, skiing, coaching soccer, hiking and has a personal goal of hiking all 48 of the 4000-foot mountains in New Hampshire.
