Eliana Exposito is a Human Resources Manager at Samuels & Associates. In her role, Eliana oversees talent acquisition and onboarding processes, tracks trainings and assessments, and creates, implements, and manages employee programs to foster S&A culture. She also ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations and stays apprised of recommended best practices and trends.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Eliana worked in human resources positions with companies such as Barkan Management Company, The Plastics Group of America, Potpurri Group, In., and HW Staffing Solutions. Given Eliana’s extensive HR experience primarily within outsourcing and manufacturing companies, she is excited to leverage her expertise in the real estate sector and contribute to S&A’s success and growth and development of its staff.

Eliana was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 2018. In her free time, Eliana can be found spending time with her husband and two daughters exploring new places and finding new activities. She also enjoys trying new foods and singing. Eliana earned a degree in Psychology from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) in the Dominican Republic.
