As a Senior Controller at Samuels & Associates, Daniel Campenella manages accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance across the firms’ commercial, retail, and residential assets.

With twenty-two years of financial accounting experience, Daniel has worked with Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc, and The RMR Group. His depth of experience is testament to his demonstrated history of leading accounting and finance teams through rapid periods of growth, navigating regulatory complexities, and managing systems and controls for streamlined processes.

In his free time Daniel enjoys traveling to new places, going to the beach, and hiking with his dog. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science and Master in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
