As a Real Estate Associate at Samuels & Associates, Charles Lloyd Wilde works to analyze market data and zoning, review prospective tenant credits, and summarize quarterly residential market trend summaries. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Charles worked across a diverse array of industries including marine husbandry, conservation, and real estate. He also received a certification from ACRE Accelerator & is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist.

In his free time, Charles enjoys collecting and selling coins, cooking, diving, and watching rugby. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Archaeology with minors in Economics and Geology from Tulane University.
