Amy Mari is the General Manager of Dot Block at Samuels & Associates. In her role, Amy leads the property management team at Dot Block, where she manages the financial reporting and ensures resident satisfaction. In just six months, Amy helped to improve the Dot Block occupancy rate from 84% to 95%.

Amy brings over twelve years of experience in property management, most recently at Bozzuto Management Company where she served as the Property Manager and General Manager for several urban assets, including Idyl Fenway. During her time at Bozzuto, she improved occupancy rates, fostered positive resident and client relationships, and was nominated for Property Manager of the Year – Northeast.

In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and son. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in mass communications from Assumption University.
