Samuels & Associates (S&A) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst Consultant to join our Investments team on a 6-month contract basis. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the analysis and execution of strategic investment decisions across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong communication skills and be an analytical thinker with a proven track record of problem solving. The Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the team in underwriting the current portfolio as well as future investment opportunities.

  • Minimum of 7 years of real estate analytical experience
  • Strong excel modeling skills mandatory
  • Effective communicator (written & oral) with well-rounded presentation skills
  • Experience in valuation of real estate for purchase and development
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word,ARGUS
  • BA/BS in with concentration in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Normal office business environment.
  • Close work (paperwork, visual examination).
  • Occasionally walking up and down stairs, standing, and bending.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for long periods.
