As the Multi-Family Property Accountant for Samuels & Associates, Aishan Scott is responsible for the accounting operations of a number of S&A properties. In her role, she manages financial reporting, lease administration, AR/AP tracking and analysis, fixed asset tracking and treasury management. Aishan is skilled in property management software such as MRI and Netsuite and prides herself on her ability to balance multiple priorities at once.

Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Aishan began her career in accounting working at companies like Grandstream Networks, The Dolben Company, and Raytheon in their finance and accounting departments. She also won the Macy’s 2015 Annual Make Magic Award for driving results and exceeding expectations at Christian Dior.

Aishan immigrated to the United States from China. An avid traveler, Aishan loves exploring new restaurants around Boston. Aishan graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
