COPPS HILL PLAZA, in Ridgefield, Connecticut,  recently celebrated the Spring 2005 opening of the new Super Stop & Shop, a culmination of over five years of planning and phased renovations.  A once “dated” shopping center, this plaza has now become part of the pride of Ridgefield, CT.  In addition to the major expansion of the Stop & Shop Supermarket, a new façade was place on the Kohl's building (Kohl's completely remodeled their interior), a freestanding Eckerd Pharmacy was added with a drive-thru, and several other new out parcel buildings were added to accommodate Blockbuster, Radio Shack, Supercuts and several quality local tenants.
