THE LAUNCH AT HINGHAM SHIPYARD, in Hingham, Massachusetts,  will be one of the premier entertainment/shopping destinations in Massachusetts. This new waterfront mixed-use development, scheduled to open Fall 2008, proposes the project may be anchored by a movie theater, several exciting new restaurants, and many local and national retailers.    Rising above the retail will be approximately 90 residential units and mixed-use office space with terrific waterfront views.  More than 500 elegant single and multiple family residential units will be developed adjacent to the commuter lot and retail portion of the project.  The MBTA commuter ferry operating from development currently shuttles thousands of commuters to and from Boston on a daily basis.
